Orakei Korako Hidden Valley, New Zealand

The name Orakei Korako can be interpreted as 'Place of Adorning'. Maori women used the pool to bath and beautify themselves for ceremonies. The highlights of the park for me are Diamond Geyser (just for the name), Artist's Palette, which has a viewpoint over steaming terraces and pools and Ruatapu Cave.
