Cathedral, León, Nicaragua

Leon's cathedral is the largest in Central America. Although its exterior is crumbly and worn, inside it's elegantly painted. It also houses the tomb of Ruben Dario, one of Latin America's greatest poets. I also visit the house (now museum) where he grew up and the Casa del Obrero, where nasty dictator Somoza was finally shot. I have trouble finding the latter as there are no signs. Eventually I go into what looks like a building site to ask. Not sure what I was expecting but this dilapidated shack is it.
