Kings Canyon, Australia

Kings Canyon is actually a gorge, carved out by a river from the time when Central Australia was a huge inland sea. It's an incredible place, for me as impressive as Uluru. The 6km Crater Rim Walk starts with a steep climb up 'Cardiac Hill'.
